now i want to share you about how to solve "out of range" monitor.

before, i have same problem, because my house electricity is down suddenly. and that make my computer display "out of range" when i turn on.

after i search on the internet, i finally found a way to fix this problem.
the only you need is to change back "refresh rate " to 60, because usually the monitor is setting to 60 ghz.

you need to plugin monitor on other computer, and then, right click and properties, bla.. bla, and change refresh rate.

and after that, your problem is fix.
